If you own a 2019 or 2020 Volvo you may want to know that the car company has recalled more than 121,000 of its vehicles.
The models recalled include the XC90, XC40, XC60, V90 Cross Country, V90, S90L, V60, V60 Cross Country, S60 Polestar Engineers and S60.
The issue is related to the auto emergency braking system in that it may not be able to detect obstacles. The detector function is intended to engage the brakes when necessary.
According to Car And Driver, owners of these vehicles will have their vehicle software updated and start getting notices in the mail on May 1.
Luckily, there have been no reports of injury yet as a result of this malfunction.
